Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

About the role

Go-To is seeking a talented Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer to join its growing creative team in Sydney. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will help bring the brand to life across digital and print channels while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out integrated campaigns for website, email, social, paid media, print and other brand touchpoints.
• Create wireframes, landing pages and website experiences in Figma with a focus on UX, accessibility and conversion.
• Design and build EDMs in Klaviyo, applying best‑practice design and basic HTML.
• Produce motion graphics and simple animations for digital channels.
• Deliver high‑quality creative assets across digital, print and video formats.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on presenting design concepts and creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic, digital or similar design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, campaign, social, website and brand design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Figma for website and user‑experience design.
• Experience designing and building EDMs in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Experience creating digital animations and motion graphics.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration abilities.
