Mid-Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Mid‑Senior Graphic Designer to join the in‑house creative team of a leading Australian property and hospitality group. This highly conceptual and collaborative position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Melbourne’s CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts through to final artwork for print, digital, signage, branding, motion graphics, corporate communications, integrated campaigns and retail activations.
• Produce high‑quality, on‑brand design solutions across a variety of touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders nationwide to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and evolve existing brand standards while pushing creative boundaries.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in an agency or client‑side design role.
• Proven ability to generate concepts for sectors such as retail, hospitality, commercial, industrial and master‑plan communities.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous and enthusiastic with a strong sense of typography and layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Figma.
• Knowledge of After Effects.
