Mid-Level Infrastructure Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join our collaborative technology team in Sydney CBD. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing our enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring reliability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.
• Manage Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Support cloud and hybrid environments across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor system performance, availability and capacity to ensure reliable operations.
• Perform system upgrades, patching and routine maintenance activities.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and technical issues.
• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Collaborate with networking, security and application teams to deliver infrastructure improvements.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, system migrations and technology upgrades.
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures and technical standards.

Required profile

• Solid experience in enterprise infrastructure administration.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering reliable technology services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
