Mid Full Stack Engineer – South Bank, QLD

About the role

Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for a Mid Full Stack Engineer to join its South Bank team. You will work across the full product lifecycle, shaping retail applications that power customer‑facing experiences and core business logic while ensuring reliability in production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy web applications, microservices and APIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Write clean, secure, testable and maintainable code that balances speed and quality.
• Own the quality of releases through testing, test automation and observability to guarantee operational reliability.
• Analyse business requirements, propose solutions and collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation and continuously improve standards, technical debt and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions for desktop and mobile.
• Comfortable working in agile, lean teams and taking ownership of features from design to production.
