Membership Coordinator

About the role

The Membership Coordinator will lead the execution and management of Central Coast Mariners FC's membership and ticketing programmes. Reporting to the GM Operations, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing the fan experience across the club’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive membership and ticketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to set revenue targets and define department KPIs.
• Plan, execute and manage all aspects of the membership programme, including retention initiatives.
• Analyse market trends and member feedback to continuously improve the offering.
• Design and execute ticketing strategies covering pricing, promotions and distribution channels.
• Implement systems and processes to streamline ticketing operations and improve fan experience.
• Identify new revenue streams and opportunities to maximise profitability.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, retail merchandise and other departments to ensure an integrated fan‑engagement approach.
• Act as liaison between the Ticketing and Membership team and other organisational units.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, managing and executing membership and ticketing programmes within the sports or entertainment industry.
• Results‑oriented with a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work across multiple departments.
