Member Service Officer – Contact Centre (Sydney)

About the role

The Member Service Officer will join a small, dedicated team in our Sydney Contact Centre, delivering professional and friendly assistance to members across phone and online channels. This full‑time position focuses on providing accurate information, processing transactions, and identifying solutions that meet members' financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, professional service to members via phone and digital platforms.
• Handle enquiries and provide information on deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, insurance, personal loans and wealth‑management products.
• Create opportunities to offer comprehensive financial solutions.
• Process member transactions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in multiple systems and perform related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Collaborative service professional with a strong brand advocacy mindset.
• Experienced in both inbound and outbound contact‑centre environments.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Well‑organised, able to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proactive, capable of working independently when required.
• Confident communicator over the phone and online.
• Permanent resident or Australian citizen.
