About the role
Join Anduril's Sydney team to build and integrate cutting‑edge autonomous underwater vehicles. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, assembling complex electro‑mechanical systems and preparing them for service.
Key responsibilities
- Build, test, and integrate complex mechanical assemblies into AUV products.
- Fabricate manufacturing jigs, fixtures and equipment to improve build efficiency.
- Provide input to processes, DFM/A feedback and support test and manufacturing facilities.
- Use the digital ERP system for work‑order tracking, inventory management and quality reporting.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in a technician role within automotive, aircraft, maritime or similar environments.
- Proficiency interpreting mechanical drawings and work instructions.
- Hands‑on part‑fabrication skills, including plastic/metal machining and additive manufacturing.
- Experience performing functional checkouts, tests and risk‑assessment documentation.
- Excellent organization, detail‑orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 security clearance.
