Mechanical HVAC Modeller

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Modeller to contribute to long‑term infrastructure projects across Australia. You will model from concept design through to construction documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers and other discipline modelers to ensure accurate, integrated designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation in line with Australian standards and client requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project setup, create/edit Revit families, equipment scheduling, multi‑discipline coordination and clash detection.

Required profile

• Proven background in building services or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and relevant Australian codes and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Revit MEP (progressive experience).
• AutoCAD.
• Navisworks (clash detection) – desirable.
• Revizto – desirable.
