About the role

EnerMech is expanding its scope at the Lytton Refinery and is looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join the team on a full‑time basis. The role offers competitive EBA benefits, a strong safety‑first culture and a work‑life balance that ensures you are home every night.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mechanical fitting support for routine maintenance, call‑outs and shutdowns at the refinery.
• Cover after‑hours and on‑call duties as required, offering flexibility for emergency situations.

Required profile

• Trade qualified with a minimum of 10 years industry experience.
• Prior experience working in hazardous‑area environments such as fuel terminals or refineries.
• Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets.
• Construction Industry Card.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
