Mechanical Fitter

About the role

EnerMech is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to perform a variety of mechanical tasks on site, including fitting, bolting, flange management, and heat‑exchanger overhauls. The role involves both routine work and specialised activities such as fire watching and high‑pressure water jetting.

Key responsibilities

• General mechanical works including mechanical fitting and basic bolting.
• Flange management and breakdown/overhaul of heat exchangers.
• Fire watching for welding activities and assisting with high‑pressure jetting work.
• Completion of all on‑site tasks related to heater overhauls.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified Fitter.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Heat‑exchanger experience (desired).
• Working at heights and confined‑space entry certifications (valid within the last 2 years).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
