MDM Analyst

About the role

Join efm Logistics' Finance Operations team as an MDM Analyst, supporting accurate data management and process improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurate actioning of stakeholder cases through the system.
• Maintain and update contract data to eliminate discrepancies.
• Resolve issues with long‑term solutions, including carrier invoicing and credit matters.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in stakeholder training and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of analytical or systems experience.
• Strong problem‑solving track record and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision‑making.
• Demonstrated strong mathematical ability.
• Commerce or Business Information Systems qualification desirable.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Intermediate‑Advanced level).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
