Marketing Specialist

About the role

Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its Business Development Team at the West Leederville Head Office. Working with schools, senior stakeholders and the Marketing Manager, you will help shape how Catholic education is promoted and experienced across Western Australia, strengthening engagement, supporting enrolments and enhancing the profile of Catholic education. The role requires occasional travel to regional and remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging marketing campaigns that support school and organisational objectives.
• Partner with schools to develop marketing, brand and communication strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance and market data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support schools in building their marketing capability and strengthening community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives that increase the visibility of schools and the CEWA brand.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Research, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, branding, digital marketing and community engagement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of duties.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, with exposure to CMS and CRM platforms.
• Highly regarded: 2-3 years' experience delivering digital and multi-channel campaigns, website management, SEO and GEO, and data analysis for marketing recommendations.
