Marketing Specialist

About the role

CO-architecture is seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth and support client projects. This hybrid position blends editorial and campaign creation with direct homeowner consultation, giving you ownership from day one while working closely with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce editorial content for the publication, including project spotlights and studio features.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and design assets (email, social, web, decks, print) using Canva and other tools.
• Plan, execute, and launch end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
• Own the social media calendar, creative output, and brand voice for a 550,000‑follower audience.
• Respond to client enquiries, run consultation calls, and translate project goals into clear briefs.
• Upload briefs to the portal, match clients with professionals, and track outcomes.
• Distribute weekly project alerts and manage commercial/government tender uploads.
• Maintain accurate records, surface trends, and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and design, preferably brand‑led or editorial.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic marketing and hands‑on design work.
• Strong writing and editorial judgement.
• Confident, warm communication with clients via phone and email.
• Highly organised and able to juggle creative and client responsibilities in a fast‑moving startup.
• Interest or background in architecture, design, or the built environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, email platforms, and basic analytics is desirable.
