Marketing Specialist – Content & Campaigns

About the role

Heartland Bank Australia is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to join its Brand and Marketing team. You will create compelling content, execute multi‑channel campaigns and manage CRM activities that directly reach customers across both Heartland Bank Australia and StockCo by Heartland Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing content for digital, website, social and campaign channels.
• Build campaign assets from brief through launch, ensuring brand consistency.
• Translate product and customer insights into clear, engaging messaging.
• Collaborate with agency partners to brief, review and deliver creative work.
• Coordinate timelines, stakeholders and briefs to launch multi‑channel campaigns.
• Monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities and contribute to testing.
• Execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns across key customer journeys.
• Support segmentation and tailored messaging to improve engagement.
• Ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory requirements and internal approvals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on content and/or campaigns.
• Strong writing ability and skill in simplifying complex messages.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver work quickly and accurately.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services is desirable.
• Interest in testing, optimisation and performance improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
