Marketing Officer

About the role

LLL Australia is seeking a Marketing Officer to drive brand engagement across digital, print and event channels. You will translate strategic objectives into hands‑on campaigns that showcase the organisation’s mission‑driven work and connect with both existing supporters and new audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives across digital, print and events to increase brand awareness.
• Plan, launch and optimise organic and paid campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Create compelling content for social media, website, newsletters and printed collateral, including copy, design and video assets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform campaign direction.
• Support event planning, capture content, and produce marketing materials that highlight LLL’s impact.
• Track campaign performance, report on key KPIs and optimise for return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a purpose‑led or community‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative flair with an eye for design and storytelling.
