Marketing Manager – New Zealand (Sydney based)

About the role

Stake is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its growth in New Zealand while being based in Sydney. The role sits at the centre of Stake’s expansion strategy, combining customer insight, creative thinking and commercial judgement to raise brand awareness, acquire new users and deepen engagement across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute locally‑relevant marketing strategies that align with Stake’s broader brand vision.
• Develop and launch campaigns, partnerships, PR and lifecycle initiatives that drive measurable growth.
• Collaborate with Australian and New Zealand teams to influence strategy, test new ideas and shape Stake’s market positioning.
• Build and manage relationships with media, agencies and industry partners to amplify Stake’s presence.
• Monitor performance, optimise spend and report on commercial impact of marketing activities.
• Work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week in Stake’s dog‑friendly Sydney office.
