Marketing Manager – Marketplace (Loyalty)

About the role

The Marketing Manager for the Qantas Marketplace will lead marketing solutions that drive commercial revenue for the Qantas Loyalty business. Based at the Corporate Campus in Mascot, this permanent role offers the chance to shape integrated campaigns in a fast‑moving, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leadership and Loyalty Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and increase member engagement.
• Oversee creative development, project and media planning, and stakeholder management to ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise for strong return on investment.
• Manage legal, commercial and branding requirements throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of direct/digital marketing experience, including email builds and website CMS management.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with internal commercial/product stakeholders and external agencies or partners.
