Marketing Manager

About the role

Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead commercially‑driven marketing strategies for a portfolio of Queensland hospitality venues. You will work closely with venue operators and the national marketing team to create campaigns that build brands, engage customers, and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, events and local area marketing for multiple venues.
• Manage campaign budgets, track ROI and optimise performance through data‑driven reporting.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, PR and content specialists to produce photography, video and promotional assets.
• Identify customer insights, market trends and new growth opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with venue leadership and provide strategic marketing support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role, preferably within hospitality, retail or multi‑site consumer brands.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and copywriting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
