Marketing Manager (Healthcare Products)

About the role

The Marketing Manager manages a portfolio of products to maximise their revenue and growth. The role is hybrid and must be performed from the location specified in the advert; fully remote work or relocation is not available. It covers product positioning, campaigns, lead generation, product launches and support for sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of buyers, competitors and the competitive landscape, and document the buyer's process
• Develop product positioning and messaging, and write marketing plans with budgets for retention and acquisition
• Create campaigns that drive demand and generate leads for the sales team, and run product launches
• Analyse marketing performance regularly and adjust programmes accordingly
• Act as a thought leader externally, including speaking engagements and written work
• Train sales channels, build internal tools and collateral, and support product delivery
• Manage the full product line life cycle, develop business cases and measure new product success
• Take part in S&OP with Operations, liaise with sales teams and develop promotional materials
• Keep marketing documentation compliant and current, and handle product enquiries

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
• 5+ years of product marketing experience in a healthcare environment
• Australian or New Zealand working rights
• Clearance to access hospital, medical or paediatric facilities, or ability to obtain it
• Strong public speaker and solid writer
