Marketing Intern – Remote (Australia)

About the role

Geotab is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to support its APAC marketing team. This 12‑month paid internship is fully remote within Australia and offers hands‑on experience in event coordination, content creation, email marketing and data management in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing regional events, product launches and reseller/channel campaigns.
• Develop and review marketing content, briefs and collateral for various channels.
• Support email marketing activities, including list management and performance tracking.
• Maintain internal and external documents, ensuring accuracy and version control.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies on advertising, PR and campaign initiatives.
• Gain exposure to marketing technology platforms such as CRM, CMS and project‑management tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications or related program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, remote team.
• Enthusiastic about learning marketing operations and willing to take on varied tasks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and digital channels.
• Comfort using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
