About the role

The Classic Jewellers is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator to help grow the brand’s online presence and engage its community. This entry‑level position is ideal for a marketing graduate or early‑career professional passionate about storytelling, social media, and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily jewellery content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Film and edit short‑form videos, develop captions, scripts and video concepts.
• Develop monthly content calendars and weekly filming plans.
• Assist with marketing campaigns around key occasions.
• Monitor social media performance and use insights to refine content strategy.
• Engage with customers, local businesses and the online community.
• Respond to online enquiries and social media messages.
• Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers and capture customer information for future marketing activities.

Required profile

• Creative and confident in front of a camera.
• Passionate about social media, storytelling and digital marketing.
• Interest in luxury, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
• Detail‑oriented with a high standard of presentation.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast‑moving, creative environment.
