Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Face to Face Touring, a leading concert and festival promoter in Australia, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing & Ticketing team. You will help bring campaigns to life across a diverse portfolio of live music events, ensuring audiences are engaged and shows sell out.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional media channels (radio, TV, etc.).
• Assist in delivering paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Help drive ticket sales through data‑informed campaign planning and performance optimisation.
• Monitor budgets and media spend, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated limits and deliver maximum ROI.
• Manage and grow online communities by responding to audience interactions and fostering engagement.
• Track daily and weekly campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate campaign assets, advertising account access and marketing materials to ensure timely, on‑brand launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, media or campaign coordination, preferably within live events or entertainment.
• Commercially minded with a passion for music and live experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience running paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proficiency in budget tracking and media management.
• Ability to generate campaign reports and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and community engagement tactics.
