Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

EML is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to craft compelling stories, campaigns and events that reinforce its purpose‑driven brand. You will work across the business to translate ideas into engaging content for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events, ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, conferences and stakeholder initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and use insights to improve future activity.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing and communications specialist role within a complex or regulated organisation.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for digital, social, email, web, video and executive communications.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with content management systems.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Canva and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, campaign reporting and audience engagement.
