Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

This role is for a passionate marketing professional based in Cairns or the Gold Coast, working with Coral Expeditions – part of the NRMA Group – to craft compelling stories that engage travellers and promote unique expedition experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for websites, email newsletters, press releases, social media and brochure collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, reservations, sales and brand teams to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information across all communication channels.
• Maintain and segment the marketing and reservations database, prepare data for email sends and analyse performance using Google Analytics and Mailchimp.
• Plan, execute and track communication elements of marketing campaigns, reporting ROI through dashboards.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing communications, content marketing, PR or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Curiosity, initiative and a genuine passion for travel, culture and storytelling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Experience using Mailchimp.
