Digital Performance Manager – Search

About the role

Based at our beachfront office in Coolangatta, the Digital Performance Manager – Search will lead the search strategy and performance across SEO, SEM and emerging AI‑powered discovery channels for NRMA Parks & Resorts. This 12‑month contract role focuses on turning data and insights into commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the search roadmap across SEO, SEM, local search and AI‑led discovery channels.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities and recommend actions.
• Partner with specialist agencies, set direction and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Revenue and Web Experience teams to improve website conversion and customer experience.
• Mentor the Content Coordinator using search insights to shape content priorities.
• Identify opportunities in AI search, automation and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• Strong experience in digital performance, search marketing, SEO, SEM or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to interpret data, spot trends and make confident recommendations.
• Experience leading search strategy and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Commercial acumen linking search activity to bookings, revenue, ROAS and CPA.
• Confidence influencing stakeholders and presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.
