Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Communications Executive to join our team in Cairns. You will work closely with product, reservations, sales and marketing colleagues to craft compelling stories that connect travellers with extraordinary destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for websites, email newsletters, press releases, social media and brochure collateral.
• Collaborate with Customer and Product teams to keep all communication channels accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and the Coral Expeditions narrative.
• Maintain and segment the marketing and reservations database for targeted email campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Mailchimp, providing insights and recommendations.
• Track ROI, produce dashboards and report results to the commercial team.
• Prepare guest communications throughout the customer journey, reflecting the brand voice.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing communications, content marketing, PR or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Organisational skills and confidence working with CRM and email marketing platforms.
