Marketing Campaign Coordinator – CRM

About the role

This position sits within the ANZ marketing function and supports the development and execution of CRM campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. You will help optimise campaign performance, apply learnings from global markets and build expertise in one‑to‑one communications via eDM, SMS and push notifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of the CRM strategy for the ANZ market.
• Assist in developing the CRM calendar and keep stakeholders informed.
• Work with Business Insights to analyse performance and recommend improvements.
• Conduct pricing and promotional tests to maximise effectiveness.
• Collaborate with third‑party CRM providers to implement best practices.
• Partner with brand, campaign and production teams to optimise creative assets.
• Support weekly digital marketing reporting and share best‑practice initiatives with other markets.

Required profile

• Campaign specialist with a strong focus on performance optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing CRM strategies and managing end‑to‑end campaigns.
• Understanding of segmentation and CRM best practices across eDM, SMS and push.
