Marketing Associate

About the role

Join the Investment Management Marketing team to shape how investors and advisers discover, understand, and engage with our investment capabilities. You will work across local, regional and global teams to bring client‑led campaigns to market, spanning digital, events and content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local channel marketing plans aligned to business and marketing objectives.
• Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to deliver the marketing agenda in Australia and New Zealand.
• Plan and execute proprietary and third‑party sponsored events, managing vendors, speaker messaging, logistics and final materials.
• Maintain and refresh the Australia website, adapting pages to support themes and product campaigns.
• Support management of wholesale and institutional marketing budgets, including tracking and reconciliation.
• Analyse competitor activity, market data and client behaviour to generate insights and refine marketing plans.
• Track and report outcomes such as lead generation, sales conversion and ROI.
• Evaluate the customer journey across channels to improve engagement and experience.
• Ensure marketing materials meet internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (flexible for a more junior hire).
• Strong understanding of the managed funds and ETF landscape and adviser/institutional channels in Australia.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs to deadline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including financial writing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
