About the role

Syngenis Labs Ltd is looking for a highly organised and proactive Manufacturing Operations & Procurement Coordinator to join its manufacturing team in Perth. The role serves as the central point of coordination for customer orders, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier activities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day manufacturing support within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, procurement, inventory, and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of critical materials.
• Maintain accurate and traceable operational documentation, including shipping, inventory, and supplier records.
• Support supplier and customer relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Assist manufacturing and laboratory teams with day‑to‑day operational support and project milestone achievement.
• Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with organisational policies, Code of Ethics, and Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical or scientific manufacturing environment.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to quality and ethical standards.
