Manufacturing Manager – NSW (24/7 Facility)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for performance, safety, quality and profitability of the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations within the facility.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, safety and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational budgets and profit‑improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Oversee capital‑expenditure planning and major maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food‑safety, quality, environmental and WHS standards.
• Build, coach and develop a high‑performing leadership team.
• Establish a culture of accountability, engagement and operational discipline.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing.
• Proven success managing large‑scale, multi‑shift manufacturing operations.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with experience leading managers and supervisors.
• Exceptional operational, analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Track record of delivering continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Commercial acumen with budget‑management experience.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food‑safety, quality and WHS requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to drive change and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
• High levels of resilience, accountability and leadership presence.
