About the role

Guide Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Manual Handling Trainer with a physiotherapy background to deliver high‑energy, hands‑on training across aged‑care and home‑care settings in Sydney. You will combine clinical expertise with engaging instruction, supporting our partners to improve manual handling practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical manual handling training sessions on‑site for residential aged‑care and home‑care teams.
• Facilitate multiple training sessions per day, adapting to varied environments.
• Integrate smoothly with on‑site staff, building strong client relationships.
• Document training outcomes clearly and efficiently.
• Provide flexible clinical support as needed across the region.

Required profile

• AHPRA registration – General ONLY.
• Current Police Check.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car.
• NDIS Workers Check and NDIS Orientation.
• COVID‑19 and flu vaccination.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Aged‑care experience highly desirable.
