Manager, Trustee Operations

About the role

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group serving private markets, is hiring a Manager, Trustee Operations in Sydney. The role manages settlement of new warehouse and term deals, maintains bond registers and PPSA registrations, handles AML/KYC enquiries and supports client billing and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage settlement of new warehouse and term deals through Austraclear or physical settlement, resolving settlement queries with Austraclear and Bloomberg
• Calculate interest payments, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate bond registers and PPSA registrations
• Handle AML/KYC inquiries from banks and financiers and help manage compliance systems with the Head of Compliance
• Onboard new business, maintain client and operational data in Zoho and build relationships with clients and service providers
• Support accurate and timely client billing with finance and operations, back up the AMAL Payments Team and contribute to projects as required

Required profile

• Ideally 5 years of experience in Financial Services; securitisation operations experience is advantageous but not essential
• Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related discipline, or working towards one
• Proven client relationship management and stakeholder relationship building
• Strong process management, time management and organisational skills
