Manager - Transaction Diligence

About the role

EY-Parthenon is hiring a Manager, Transaction Diligence, based in Meanjin, Brisbane. You will lead financial due diligence engagements for major acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments across Australia and internationally, working with corporates, private equity clients and executives. The role is hybrid and can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial due diligence engagements day to day, from planning through to delivery
• Build and maintain client relationships while leading multidisciplinary teams across several concurrent deals
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the practice

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, deals advisory or a related transactions-focused environment
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders and deliver quality results under tight deadlines
• Tertiary qualification and completion of CA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in a Big 4, leading mid-tier advisory firm or corporate transactions environment is ideal; candidates with prior audit and assurance experience are encouraged to apply
