Manager, Professional Services

About the role

Axon is seeking a Manager, Professional Services to lead a team delivering implementations of Axon Enterprise products, including evidence management software, hardware sensors and body‑worn cameras. The role is remote within Australia and reports to the Sr. Director Professional Services, International.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, mentor and develop a Service Delivery Team of 7, conducting performance reviews and coaching.
• Manage resources to meet project demands, balancing workloads and priorities.
• Lead complex enterprise‑grade deployments, overseeing change management, technical presentations and workshops.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define scope, timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Document customer feature requests and provide feedback to sales and product teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Operating experience in digital video, mobile communications or SaaS.
• Project management expertise with resource tracking and multi‑project delivery.
• Comfort with basic networking concepts and mobile applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Australia, occasional international travel.
