Manager – Organisation Design and Implementation

About the role

The Manager – Organisation Design & Implementation leads the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale workforce transformation initiatives for ANZ. Working across Talent & Culture and business units, the role ensures that new operating models, restructures and data‑driven analyses translate into clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and governance of complex organisation design and implementation programmes.
• Provide strategic advice and challenge to senior business leaders on operating model effectiveness, workforce impacts and implementation considerations.
• Conduct organisational diagnostics, data‑led workforce analysis and develop evidence‑based recommendations on structure, spans, capability and governance.
• Manage project teams, risks, inter‑dependencies and remove roadblocks to maintain delivery pace.
• Oversee a major stream within broader enterprise transformation initiatives, balancing strategic outcomes, investment and delivery risk.
• Accountable for people‑management duties, including coaching OD&I consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex people and workforce transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑informed approach.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multi‑disciplinary project teams and governance structures.
• Experience in organisational design, restructuring, offshoring or M&A people streams.
