Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

About the role

The Manager GRC leads security teams to deliver complex cross‑practice projects, providing direction, mentoring and quality control. The role spans the full client engagement lifecycle, from opportunity identification to delivery and closure, while building trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify and manage security risks.
• Lead teams delivering security work packages in Governance, Risk and Compliance and cross‑practice engagements.
• Prepare and present high‑quality reports on security issues, recommendations and solutions.
• Mentor and build high‑performing teams, aligning skills with delivery excellence.
• Develop customer relationships through direct support and collaboration with sales, solutions and marketing teams.

Required profile

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility).
• Minimum 5 years of experience across diverse cyber/ICT projects.
• At least one major security certification (e.g., IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor, PCI QSA).
• Diploma level or higher qualification in ICT or related field.
