Manager, Change Management

About the role

VLSB+C, the regulator of the Victorian legal profession, is recruiting a Manager, Change Management to join its People & Culture team. You will lead a team driving organisational change, enhancing performance and bringing the organisation's strategic and operational goals to life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the change management framework across the organisation and support the successful adoption of change initiatives.
• Partner with the Project Management Office, Internal Communications and stakeholders to deliver change communications, engagement, training and strategies that address resistance.
• Measure change success, advise on best practice, apply policy and procedural knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with the Executive Leadership Team and internal and external stakeholders, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, support a people-centred culture and undertake other duties as required.
