Management Accountant – Multi‑Site Financial Reporting

About the role

The position is based in South Western Sydney and offers direct visibility to senior executive leadership within a national corporate group. It involves ownership of multi‑site financial reporting, inventory oversight, month‑end closing and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, variance analysis and commercial business partnering across a national site network.
• Manage inventory accounting, operational stock reporting and high‑volume transactional oversight while ensuring general ledger integrity.
• Own month‑end procedures, journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations and support budgeting/forecasting activities.
• Identify operational efficiencies and assist leadership in implementing enhanced reporting workflows.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualified or actively pursuing qualification.
• Proven management accounting experience with exposure to multi‑site networks, inventory/stock tracking or high‑volume transactional environments.
• Hands‑on experience in month‑end closing, journal processing and detailed financial reporting.
• Proactive communicator with a track record of driving process improvements.
