About the role

Join KONE's high‑performing Service team in Melbourne as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for servicing elevators, auto‑walks and escalators across a range of buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance activities and repairs on elevators and escalators.
• Respond to breakdowns and critical incidents promptly.
• Carry out all work in line with KONE health, safety, quality and procedural standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships within the local region.
• Work flexible hours and after‑hours as required.

Required profile

• Registered electrical licence.
• Valid full Australian driver’s licence.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and stakeholder expectations.
• Motivated self‑starter able to manage workload and competing priorities.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Customer‑service mindset with excellent communication skills.
