Maintenance Team Leader – Commercial Landscaping

About the role

Regal Innovations is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Team Leader to oversee planting and grounds maintenance across multiple commercial landscaping sites. You will lead a crew, ensure high‑quality outcomes, and collaborate closely with the National Maintenance Manager to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a maintenance team to achieve quality and efficiency standards.
• Oversee on‑site landscape management, including formal gardens, parks, and open spaces.
• Diagnose and treat plant deficiencies, pest issues, and diseases.
• Manage irrigation systems, including programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Operate machinery and hand tools for mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general landscape upkeep.
• Complete documentation and reporting in a timely manner while adhering to WH&S protocols.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture (desirable).
• Construction White Card (mandatory).
• Preferred certifications: Working from Heights, Rope Access.
• Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance with a strong horticultural background.
• Full driver’s licence and excellent communication skills.
