Maintenance Scheduler

About the role

The Maintenance Scheduler will plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for a radiator manufacturing facility. The role ensures maintenance work is completed efficiently with minimal disruption to production while maximising equipment reliability, safety and uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prioritise work orders based on risk, production impact and safety considerations.
• Coordinate maintenance resources, parts and liaise between production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Analyse maintenance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or manufacturing maintenance environments.
• Experience in radiator manufacturing, automotive component manufacturing, metal fabrication or heavy industrial operations preferred.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
