Key responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs to keep the home safe and comfortable.

Required profile

• Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.
• Applicable trade qualification (highly desirable).
• Practical skills across building and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to manage priorities, work orders and respond promptly.
• Understanding of safety and safe work practices.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
