Maintenance Officer - Aged Care Home

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Maintenance Officer for its aged care home in Daw Park. You will help keep the home well presented and supported by a team of dedicated and caring people who enrich the lives of residents. The work involves a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks and the chance to get to know residents as you support them with their maintenance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the home to the highest standard through a collaborative, can-do approach.
• Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks inside and outside the home.
• Support residents with their maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate the maintenance program and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate the maintenance program.
• Excellent record keeping.
• General handy skills, which are highly valued in this role.
