Maintenance Electrical Supervisor - Defence

About the role

Austcorp is recruiting, on behalf of a large Facilities Services Provider, a Maintenance Electrical Supervisor in Perth. The role leads and coordinates maintenance operations across federal government sites, keeping building services plant and equipment reliable, safe, compliant and fully operational. It involves leading and managing a small team and ensuring compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct and contract staff across several sites in Western Australia.
• Manage maintenance services, repairs and minor works up to $1 million.
• Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems.
• Oversee contractor safety and compliance, including SWMS and adherence to the company's risk protocols.
• Proactively manage team and contractor performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
• Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections and raise work orders or quotes as needed.
• Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication.
• Support business transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience using SAP.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 clearance.
• Cert III in Electrotechnology.
• Valid Australian driver's licence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
