Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Orica is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to keep its Mt Thorley maintenance facility organised, compliant and operating effectively. The role works a Monday to Friday roster and provides coordination and administrative support across the facility, working closely with contractors and supporting inspections, compliance, documentation, deliveries and spare-parts inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility and workshop administration
• Manage facility Redbook inspections and repairs in line with SAP Plant Maintenance requirements
• Maintain facility documentation and support compliance with procedures and legislative requirements
• Coordinate onsite contractors, inductions and legislative inspections
• Manage Facility Enablon actions, including documentation updates and compliance requirements
• Receive, unload and safely store deliveries using a forklift
• Support general site upkeep and comply with council requirements
• Manage stocktakes, spare-parts inventory and goods movements in SAP

Required profile

• Experience in facility coordination and administration
• A practical understanding of maintenance facility operations
• Strong organisational skills and a safety-first approach
• Customer service mindset and interpersonal awareness
