Maintenance Boilermaker / Fitter – Sydney Concrete Plants

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Boilermaker/Fitter to support our concrete plants across the Sydney metropolitan area. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing both fixed and mobile plant equipment while travelling between sites in a company‑provided ute.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, servicing and repairs on concrete plant equipment to minimise production downtime.
• Service, maintain and repair fixed and mobile plant assets.
• Collaborate with plant teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Assist with upgrades and improvement projects across metro sites.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance, general fabrication and repairs.
• Support training of plant batchers in basic preventative maintenance.
• Accurately record all maintenance activities in company systems.

Required profile

• Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter, Boilermaker or equivalent.
• Experience in plant maintenance, preferably within the concrete industry.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication and repair.
• General pipe‑fitting and welding experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding ability.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and White Card.
