About the role
Join Mondelēz International as a Machine Operator and play a vital part in delivering snack products that meet safety, quality, cost, and sustainability targets. You will independently operate and maintain production equipment while applying autonomous maintenance standards to improve line performance.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous and progressive maintenance standards.
- Execute standard work processes, ensure safety procedures are observed, and perform quality assurance activities.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance, root‑cause analysis, loss reduction, and breakdown elimination.
Required profile
- Experience in machine operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools and methodologies.
- Ability to read and write in the language used at the site.
