Machine Operator

About the role

Orora Beverage is seeking a Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team on a 12‑hour rotating shift. You will work under the shift supervisor to maintain safety, quality and production standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety, quality and manufacturing standards.
• Operate high‑speed machinery, perform changeovers, troubleshoot, adjust and carry out maintenance tasks.
• Assist in machinery changeovers and follow standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help achieve world‑class operational performance.
• Be a proactive and enthusiastic team member.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Basic computer skills and good mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work 24‑hour rotating shift patterns.
• Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Manufacturing or printing experience is advantageous.
