Machine Operator / Forklift Driver – Blacktown, NSW

About the role

The Machine Operator / Forklift Driver role is a full‑time position based in Blacktown, NSW, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will work Monday to Friday, 6 am‑2 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts as required.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines, including resetting and starting, and perform fault finding.
• Conduct quality control checks and record production and quality data on quality sheets.
• Carry out oil level checks, maintain a clean 5S‑standard work area, and ensure cleanliness of recycle conveyors.
• Perform asset care in line with CSR PM Way standards and handle minor troubleshooting.
• Work independently at a single‑man workstation and support other roles as needed.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to safety and a safety‑first mindset.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and absorb information.

Required skills

• Valid forklift licence with proven experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Machine operation experience.
