About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support and optimise our end‑to‑end in‑country logistics network across Oceania. You will act as the primary operational liaison for our 3PL distribution partners, driving continuous process improvement and ensuring superior shipment execution.
Key responsibilities
- Define seasonal outbound warehousing and transport capacity requirements and translate strategy into daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Maintain visibility over outbound shipments, conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions with 3PL partners.
- Establish and document SOPs with distribution partners, own the logistics transport budget and audit 3PL invoices for contract compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing 3PL partners, ERP systems (e.g., D365) and inventory control.
- Advanced logistics budgeting, cost tracking and analytics skills with a record of accurate invoicing.
- Strong continuous‑improvement mindset, able to identify bottlenecks and create clear SOPs.
